Format

During each seminar, the actor works on a single, two-person scene. Scenes will be provided to students 4 days in advance of seminar. Scenes are chosen from films, television scripts and plays, specifically for each actor, so the actor can develop according to his/her needs. Students are always free, and encouraged, to request their own choice of scenes, and/or partners.)

Note: If a student finds attendance difficult or impossible at certain times on certain days during the weekend, arrangements can be made to schedule that student’s rehearsal, taping and/or playback time to accommodate those special needs.

Seminar #1: Friday Evening + Saturday

    - Scene Analysis, Rehearsal

  • Segment B
    - Saturday, 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (Lunch break from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.)
    - Rehearsal, Taping, Playback/Critique

Pricing

Each individual seminar will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is limited. A deposit of $50 is required to secure enrollment. The total cost for the two-day seminar will be $195, with the remaining balance to be paid at least a week in advance. Last minute attendees will pay $225 and will be permitted in class only if space is available.

Cancellations/Refunds

Any student who has committed to the seminar and paid the $50.00 deposit and then chooses to drop out of the seminar -- and notifies the studio at least one week before the start of the seminar will have $25.00 of their deposit applied toward a future seminar. If the notification occurs after that, the cancelling student will not be eligible for a refund.
